Of the thousands of applicants to apply for the award, Microsoft honored only 16 partners this year around the globe for the 2009 Microsoft Dynamics Regional Partner of the Year awards, with finalists chosen from defined regions of the world: Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Latin America and the United States.
The ISV Partnership Award was given to Link Development for its elite service to the industry in the Middle East and Africa and its commitment to customers around the region.
This performance-based award for Link Development only solidifies its strong presence in the region and continues its outstanding reputable business affiliation with Microsoft. While using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and GP as solid platforms to build on, Link Development has tailored its solutions in-house to deliver a complex amount of sector verticals to feed the market while also certifying the company's own 'add-ons,' one of the most recent being its Self-Service Portal Solution (SSP), an online access portal directly connected to the functions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Finally, Link Development has also received recognition from Microsoft for outstanding customer commitment and sales achievement and has been renamed to the Microsoft Dynamics President's Club for another year. This elite club recognizes the top five percent of Microsoft Business Solutions partners worldwide, their constant dedication to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, active pursuit of product and technological advancement, and impressive sales performance.
