The service, which is under the Public Parks and Horticulture Department of the Municipality, is being provided at Karama Centre to make it convenient to the customers in Karama and surrounding areas.
Earlier this service was confined to the Public Parks and Horticulture Department only; however, recently it was decided to introduce it in other centres of the Municipality too.
The Single Window System in the Municipality has achieved a number of key objectives including the reduction of front-line staff, ensuring that the list of services of Dubai Municipality are provided in all Municipal centres and reduce unnecessary costs to run the services.
