says Gerald Moutte.
"A fine balance between keeping a tab on customers' needs, maintaining sustainable profitability and continually enhancing the levels of quality service are key to claim the coveted position of an industry leader. This is a glimpse of the various goals that I've set to achieve for the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, Kuwait City & Arraya Ballroom."
With a plethora of awards to his merit - including the Marriot's 2007 GM of the Year for UKIMEA (UK, Ireland, Middle East and Africa) and the Renaissance International's 2007 GM of the Year - Mr. Moutte is poised to further leverage the Courtyard by Marriot Kuwait City & Arraya Ballroom's reputation as the authority in fine hospitality and an employer of choice.
