DHA appoints Director of Institutional Marketing and Communication Department

His Excellency Qadhi Saeed Al Murooshid has announced the operational structure of the Dubai Health Authority and he has appointed Mrs Heba Al Shaar as the Director of Institutional Marketing and Communication Department at the DHA.

The operational structure has been approved by H. H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council.

The future operational structure of the DHA, the government's strategic health authority for the Emirate of Dubai has been designed keeping in mind the current as well as future healthcare needs of the Emirate of Dubai.

Al Shaar has over 20 years experience in marketing, communication and brand strategy. Prior to this, she worked with Nestle for over 11 years as the regional director for marketing and communication and was responsible for all the branding and communication requirements for 13 countries in the Middle East region.

At DHA, she will be responsible for the institutional marketing and communication needs of the organisation and will help deliver all the values and the benefits that the DHA brings to the healthcare sector in Dubai.
