A strategic sponsor of Gitex for the ninth consecutive year, Dubai Internet City will host a total of 5 diverse IT majors and companies from related sectors at its pavilion located on Concourse 2, between Exhibition Hall 8 and the Sheikh Maktoum Hall.
Mohammad Elshanti, CEO, AJ Consulting, said:
"AJ is very excited to participate in this year's Gitex along DIC. The AJ and Adobe technologies we will showcase this year will focus on innovation and the Enterprise. We will be showcasing some very cool stuff this year like RIAs and augmented reality applications that bridge the gap between the high end enterprise applications sophisticated abilities and the usability and appeal of social networks like Facebook and the like."
Some of the products to be showcased at the AJ Consulting stand include the latest Adobe enterprise solutions, such as Adobe LiveCycle Enterprise Suite, specially designed for governments, financial institutions, healthcare, manufacturing, aviation, and new media sectors. Adobe LiveCycle is an integrated enterprise solution that blends process management, data capture, information assurance, document output, and content services to help create and deliver rich and engaging applications that reduce paperwork, accelerate decision-making, and help ensure regulatory compliance. The programme also helps clients offer more engaging experiences through their interactive online applications.
AJ Consulting will also showcase the Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro web conferencing software that allows customers to efficiently communicate ideas while securely sharing presentations and multimedia directly from their systems. It also helps in receiving feedback from hundreds of participants — all through only a web browser and the Adobe Flash Player.
The highlight of the stand, however, will be Web 2.0 Rich Internet Applications (RIA), the technology on the revamped Dubai Internet City web portal that will enable online users to engage sophisticated tools to enhance their experience. AJ Consulting officials will be on hand to explain the exclusive features and offer additional information on the company's products to the visiting trade and industry professionals at Gitex Technology Week 2009.
As the region's leading managed ICT cluster, Dubai Internet City has to date welcomed 90 business partners this year, continuing to propel the region's sustained growth in the sector.
