The two day strategic keynotes feature 75+ visionaries including 42 operators who will share their insights and strategies with keynotes from leading minds such as Chris Gabriel, Chief Executive from Zain, Africa, Zolisa Masiza, Group Executive: Regulatory Affairs from MTN Group, Marc Rennard, Executive Vice President & Head of International Operations for Africa, Middle East & Asia representing Orange Group and many more.

"We are delighted with the enthusiasm we have received from the very highest level speakers who have confirmed their participation at this event. CEOs Saad Al-Barrack from Zain Group, Nasser Marafih from QTel, Osman Sultan from Du, Ross Cormack from Nawras, Nayla Khawam from Jordan Telecoms Group and Najib Al-Awadi from VIVA are among the 32 C-Level Operators on this year's outstanding speaker panel,"

says Caroline Broderick, Content Development Manager for Informa Telecoms & Media.

With subscriber base in the Middle Eastern region set to grow 34% between now and 2010 to reach 193m people, now is the best time to explore opportunities to make the most of this amazing growth. Designed to give telecom operators a competitive edge in the Middle East and beyond, the presentations include the hottest topics of the region: balancing global expansion with growth in the domestic market; enhancing broadband services to increase operator revenues; maximising the potential of the fixed license; strategies for customer acquisition and retention; minimising costs and maximising ROI in an uncertain financial climate and innovating with revenue-generating value- added services.
Due to popular demand, the programme also incorporates two brand new elements this year: The Saudi Arabia Focus Day dedicated to the Middle East's fastest growing market and the two day Telecoms HR Summit set to analyse the changing role of HR managers during the current economic downturn.

This event is free to all Middle Eastern operators, thus allowing a great representation from the whole region. Participants will get the chance to network and do business with all the movers & shakers of the region and also to try the industry's newest technical innovations by visiting the 120+ international vendors in the exhibition coinciding with the conference, with key telco powerhouses sponsoring the event such as Etisalat, ITS, Comviva, Nokia Siemens Networks, Gemalto, Actix, Convergys, eServ Global, SmartTrust, Obethur Technologies, Belgacom ICS, Orga Systems, Detecon Consulting, I-New, Qualcomm and Huawei.
