Jazeera Airways launches Jazeera Business Class

Jazeera Airways, the fastest growing airline in the Middle East, recently announced it is giving its guests a little extra convenience and comfort, with the launch of Jazeera Business Class.

This airline's new Business Class offers Guests a more personalized service with the airline and the chance to experience more style and luxury, both on the ground and in the air.

Announcing the launch of Jazeera Business Classto the region's media over dinner at the Mövenpick Hotel Al Bida'a, Kuwait the airline's CEO, Stefan Pichler, explained the reason for the launch.

He said, "Our Guests have rightly come to expect an exceptional standard of comfort and service from our airline, and with the launch of Jazeera Business Class, we are extending our service offering to business and premium leisure travellers who require that extra level of style and luxury when they fly Jazeera." And we will offer the best value for money for business travelers, as our fares will be on average around 35% less expensive than those of our competitors.

As well as a larger seat pitch of 33 inches in the dedicated Jazeera Business cabin and the middle seat turned into a dedicated working/relaxation space for additional comfort, Guests in the cabin are offered complimentary food and drink from the ā la carte service on board, in addition to their choice of complimentary Arabic or English newspapers. Headsets are also provided for business Guests to enjoy the airline's in-flight entertainment.

Pichler, continued:

"We wanted to ensure that Guests who book Jazeera Business Class enjoy a premier experience with us not just in the air, but from the moment they book their travel until they reach their destination. As such, Jazeera Business Class fares are not only significantly better priced, but also fully changeable and fully refundable, at any time before travel. At the airport, we have allocated dedicated Jazeera Business Class check-in counters and access to premium airport lounges where available,. All of these allow us to give Jazeera Business Class Guests the level of style, luxury and service that they deserve, across our network."


Pichler went on to explain that the service experience for Jazeera Easy, Jazeera Light and Jazeera Freedom Guestshas also been improved, with the launch of a new, enhanced menu offering a greater selection of food and beverages on board. The new menu options will include a range of healthy snacks including salads and fresh fruit salad.

Travel in Jazeera Business Class to any of the airline's 24 destinations can be booked online on jazeeraairways.com.

Jazeera Airways currently operates a fleet of ten new Airbus A320s. Each aircraft is fitted with the airline's signature leather seating, while the Jazeera Business Class cabin offers business travellers a little extra convenience including easy booking, special check-in counters, 40 Kg baggage allowance, access to airport lounges and exclusive in-flight service and entertainment. The airline flies to destinations in the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, Iran, and the Indian subcontinent.
