The workshop focused on the various methodologies followed by the Ministry and its human resources-related objectives.
The workshop was held at the Ministry's headquarters in Abu Dhabi and was part of a series of such initiatives launched by the Ministry to enhance the performance of human resources.
Sami Bin Adai, Executive Director for Institutional Affairs and Back-Up, inaugurated the workshop that was attended by departmental heads and employees.
Tariq Lootah, Director General of the Ministry, praised the initiatives launched by the Institutional Affairs and Back-up Sector at the Ministry. He said that these are in line with the overall strategy of introducing global best practices at government departments, and further strengthening the efficiency and productivity of employees in line with the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Programme.
Lootah said that the Ministry is committed to ensure that all employees are aware of the standards outlined by the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence programme, and thus aligned to its goals.
He highlighted the need to develop internal practices through such workshops to strengthen the human resource base and boost efficiency.

About Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs:The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs (MSFNCA) was founded under Federal Decree No. (10) for the year 2006. A milestone for the UAE, MSFNCA reflects the vision of the President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan in shaping a new political culture for the country and further strengthening the political framework.
