  • PRESS RELEASE

People Plus have recently launched 'Xalto !' a new concept in corporate inclusivity with the aim of helping organisations move forward as market conditions recover, able to cope with the inevitable challenges they will face with a motivated, inspired and productive workforce .

Managing Director, Richard Jeffery says 'Imagine an organisation in a difficult economic climate achieving its targets through the commitment of winning teams. It is being done by our clients who are companies that follow the Principle of Xalto !'

Mr Jeffery introduces 'Xalto !', the principle of creating Xellence all together. The aim is for senior managers to engage with five core Business Beliefs and to create a Battlecry which is adopted as a positive mantra for motivation and productivity. The Business Beliefs and the Battlecry are then cascaded down through the ranks until everyone knows what it's about, understands it and can repeat it.

"As leadership development specialists we see many organizations that have a vision, mission, values statement framed and in pride of place on a wall in the main office, but if we ask a selection of staff members to recount what the statement says, they have no idea. Therefore it has no use within their company. What we are doing, is engaging people at every level with Business Beliefs and a mantra which comes from the top and is cascaded down engaging everyone, not a piece of paper on the wall. It is a very powerful concept that encourages inclusion, motivation and productivity."
