About Ambulatory Healthcare Services:
Ambulatory Healthcare Services (AHS) is a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA). SEHA - Ambulatory Healthcare Services (AHS) was formed to facilitate and furnish a unique combination of diagnostic and treatment services of a hospital with the personalized care that a small clinic offers. The institution aims to raise the standards of healthcare provision across the emirate by providing comprehensive facilities at its Ambulatory Healthcare Centers.

AHS - SEHA operates more than 24 ambulatory and primary healthcare clinics in the Emirate. SEHA has committed to implement a system-wide Electronic Medical Record for all of its hospitals and clinics. This move is part of its vision to create a connected healthcare system with a view to further improve the quality of medical services in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, to meet international standards. The same is measured through accessibility, affordability, choice and satisfaction. SEHA - AHS aims to fill the void between comprehensive healthcare facilities provided by Government hospitals and the personalized care and attention given by the private sector.

About SEHA
The Abu Dhabi Health Services Company was launched on 29th December 2007 under Emiri Decree No. (10) of 2007 and owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi. While the full name of the company is Abu Dhabi Health Services Company, the corporate name is SEHA. The word SEHA represents an English phonetic pronunciation and translation of the Arabic word for Health.

The establishment of SEHA is part of the Government of Abu Dhabi's healthcare sector reform initiatives and represents another step in the realization of the President, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan's vision to provide the people of the UAE with the best healthcare facilities in the world, locally.
SEHA is an independent, public joint stock company (PJSC) created to manage and develop the curative activities of the public hospitals and clinics of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. SEHA manages 8 hospital systems totaling 12 facilities, 2,644 licensed beds, more than 55 Primary Health Clinics and 15,500 employees. SEHA delivers world class healthcare locally by partnering with internationally recognized healthcare leaders.
