Boston Philharmonic conductor launches Aldar's New LEAD programme

Zander, an internationally renowned and sought after business presenter who delivered the final keynote speech at this year's World Economic Forum in Davos, spoke to students on "The Art of Possibility". Using music as a metaphor, he provided attendees with insight on how to bring the best out of clients, managers and co-workers. Juergen Kulka, Group President of Service Management International also shared his thinking on the future of facilities management.

First introduced in May 2007, LEAD was created to strategically develop the leadership qualities and abilities of junior managers in the UAE. Over 75 students have enrolled in the programme since inception, 17 of whom are Aldar managers. The programme has also been extended to include expatriate managers.

The New LEAD is delivered and assessed by faculty from Cambridge University's Judge Business School, internationally recognised as one of the leading providers of innovative, intellectually challenging and practical business management education.

Over a 14 month period, core modules, electives, assessment and accreditation will be conducted in Abu Dhabi by Cambridge University faculty. The scheme has also been aligned to the UAE University's MBA programme, making it more attractive to applicants.
