NBAD opens a new branch in Mazayed Mall

The National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) has launched its new branch in Mazayed Mall in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, which takes the total number of the bank's branches across the country to 93.

The new branch provides easy access for NBAD's wide and growing customer base in various areas, and has been outfitted with modern technologies enabling it to provide even more efficient, effective services to the bank's customers. NBAD's branch in Mazayed Mall will offer customers access to all of the bank's competitive and innovative products and services.

"The opening of our branch in Mazayed Mall will enable us to offer comprehensive mix of innovative services and products for individuals and businesses alike and extend the Bank's commercial and financial operations throughout the country. The opening of our 93rd branch in our network in the UAE comes in realization of the NBAD's strategy aiming at opening more branches in prime and remote locations to ensure that our services and products are available and readily accessible to all our clients,"

said Mr. Saif Al Shehhi, Senior General Manager of NBAD's Domestic Banking Division.

"NBAD continues to provide its services all over the UAE for ensuring innovative, efficient, secure, and convenient products and services to its customers," said Mr. John Malouf, General Manager of Consumer Banking Group at NBAD.

"The new branch, which will be run by professional and experienced talents, represent a valuable addition to NBAD's branch network endeavoring to keep pace with the international standards and trends for providing customers with innovative, customer-oriented products and services," he added.

"We are planning to further expand our network by opening new branches and installing ATMs all over the UAE in the near future. The new branch will provide its services to the residents of Mussafah and neighboring areas," Mr. Malouf concluded.

NBAD's new branch in Mazayed Mall will open in two shifts Morning Shifts from 09:00 a.m. to 01:30 p.m on Saturday to Thursday and Evening Shifts from 05:30 p.m. to 09:00 p.m. on Saturday to Wednesday. The branch is fully equipped and is capable of providing various retail and corporate banking services. It also provides 24/7 access to NBAD's ATM and Cash Deposit Machine for the convenience of the banks' customers.

NBAD's extensive network now includes 93 branches and 312 ATMs in the United Arab Emirates. Besides brick & mortar branches, NBAD provides 24 hour internet banking accessibility through NbadOnline and NbadDirect, as well as account access and personalized customer support through the 24-hour Call Centre. The bank provides its customers with a wide variety of financial services targeting all segments of the retail and corporate market, in addition to Fund Management, Brokerage, Leasing, Property Management businesses and Private Banking.
