A graduate of Hotel Management College, Groningen, The Netherlands, Kaiser's career spans 14 years in the hospitality industry working for luxury hotels and groups in the Netherlands, Czech Republic, China, and the Middle East.
Before joining Ibn Batuta Gate Hotel, he worked as General Manager at the Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain from 2005 to 2009. His solid industry experience played an instrumental role in driving and developing the hotel into one of Bahrain's finest properties, gaining awards and recognition for being the best hotel in its location and achieving successful scores in the group's satisfaction survey and the quality assurance programme.
Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel, located adjacent to the Ibn Battuta shopping mall and ideally situated to appeal to the Abu Dhabi market, is one of the four new properties under the UAE-based holding company Seven Tides set to open in 2010.
Kaiser is also a motor sports enthusiast and holds an international racing license. He can also be found out on the golf course when time permits.
