Sukoon Tower progress ongoing

The company has recently announced the completion of works up to the podium level; which represents a key milestone for the project, as the podium level houses the five level car parking facility that will accommodate cars of the residents and visitors to the Tower.

Mr. Redha Rajab Managing Director of Tashyeed Properties, stated:

"As of date the fifth floor slab has been concreted with works commencing on the sixth floor. In addition the core wall area which houses the elevators and forms the key structural element of the project has now reached the eighth floor level with works progressing rapidly in this area."

He added, "The project progress will be accelerated once the typical floor level works from eighth floor is commenced. A fast track approach is being adopted and this will continue to ensure adherence to project schedules."

Mr. Redha continued by saying, "We have already signed the elevator contract for the Project earlier in the year and are currently looking to commence aluminum and glazing works shortly."

He added, "All materials used in the project will confirm to the highest standards and quality and we are in the process of finalizing procurement of the same."

Sukoon Tower consists of 592 apartments from studios through to three bedrooms and provides a range of other flexible combination options for apartment sizes to maximize investment returns. The Apartment interiors are based on a modern, contemporary theme with top-of-the-range fixtures and finishes including western style kitchens and bathrooms.

The vision behind the project is to provide a high end luxury residential tower, for families not only to have an address but an entire lifestyle; complete with vast open recreation facility in the sixth floor alongside a Large Pool for adults, separate pool for kids, children play area, coffee shop, multipurpose halls, walkways and immense landscaped gardens, in addition to five levels of podium for car parking with each apartment having a designated car park.

Sukoon Tower development is based on a concurrent multi level development model which means that works will be carried out at multiple levels at the same time to ensure rapid progress. The construction team and workforce at the site are currently working in line with the planned schedule.
