HTC to set up HTC Care desk and give away prizes during Gitex Shopper 2009

During the week-long event, HTC will focus on providing value add services to its customers by facilitating a HTC Care counter that will include a team of experts to answer customer queries, provide free software upgrades and device settings, among other services. The HTC stand WL50 will be located in West Hall of the Airport Expo. HTC is also one of the promotion partners of Gitex Shopper 2009.

HTC also revealed that prizes will be given away to visitors purchasing HTC devices through several exciting activities and surprises during Gitex Shopper. The activities include scratch & win contests, daily raffle draws and a mega raffle draw that will give away gold. The daily raffle draw prizes include HTC Touch devices among other giveaways.

Visitors who purchase selected HTC devices from authorised participating retailers at Gitex Shopper and outside will automatically qualify for the scratch & win contest as well as for the raffle draws. Daily raffles are held at 9 pm at the HTC stand, while the mega raffle will be held on the last day of Gitex Shopper at 10 pm, also at the HTC stand.
