H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on October 18, 2009 witnessed the launch of the newly restructured official web portal of Dubai Government, during "Gitex Technology Week 2009", which he inaugurated.
