The villas are expected to be completed by June of next year.

Sales have now begun on Phase II, which will consist of 43 residential units of 3 and 4 bedroom, single and twin villas. Future phases will be announced in the upcoming months.

Commenting on the exceptional success of the development, Mr. Mish'al Mohammed Abdullah Moosa, Managing Director of Zain Property Development, stated:
"The extraordinary turnout and interest that has accompanied the launch of our Dar Al Zain project highlights the importance of our vision to provide high quality, affordable residential units for families in the Sultanate. The recent launch of the Phase I show villa provided us with the opportunity to show visitors and potential buyers not only the quality of the finished villa, but also the quality of the on-going implementation and finishing stages of the project."

He continued, "At Zain we remain very committed to our target customers and throughout every stage of the project's design and construction we have taken steps to ensure that the homes remain suitable and affordable for these families. We feel that we have identified a gap in the market for affordable homes in which families can reside without having to settle on the high standard of living to which they are entitled."

Zain Property Development is a family business established in 2008. Dar Al Zain is the debut development from the developer and covers a 62,000mē site in A'Seeb. The OR17m project's ultimate aim, to cater for Omani families, is evident in almost every aspect of the development.

From the practical yet idyllic project location, conveniently situated just 15 minutes from Muscat International Airport, and yet only a 2 minute drive from the picturesque beach of Seeb; to the extensive facilities planned to compliment the site, the developer's preoccupation with all things family is clearly apparent.

Dar Al Zain will be a secure, gated development, giving peace of mind to resident families, and will feature a variety of carefully planned facilities such as a child-care day centre, a fully equipped gymnasium and pool, beautifully maintained gardens and an array of retail and food outlets carefully considered to compliment family life.

The developer has paid careful attention to detail in the design and construction of the villa project; third party interior and exterior designers were drafted in from across the region to ensure a quality, superior finish. The project also has an attractive payment plan which was designed keeping potential middle-income buyers in mind; the project requires a booking deposit of only OR5000, followed by gradual bi-monthly installments of 10%.

In addition to this, Zain Property Development have arranged a 30 year financing facility of up to 80% for its customers from with various leading banks from across the Sultanate at very attractive rates.
