William Russell tops April Medibroker Insurer Survey for quality of their international plans and customer service

International expatriate insurance specialist William Russell has maintained their Number One position on every 'How We Rate The Insurers' Survey that April Medibroker has carried out since the study was originated in 2005.

This year William Russell scored consistently highly across the board, but topped the categories of 'Service to Customer' and 'Service to Independent Broker Advisors and Intermediaries' by a clear margin. Each member of April Medibroker's staff across all departments in their UK-based office, had the opportunity to independently rate their insurer partners over ten different criteria.
