CBB receives the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Mr. Rasheed Mohammed Al Maraj, Governor Central Bank of Bahrain received this afternoon Mr. Aset Issekeshev, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan and his accompanying delegation.
The two parties also discussed ways in which to exchange expertise in Islamic Finance and share Bahrain's experience in the growth of this industry; the meeting also covered aspects of joint cooperation in the field of training in Banking and Finance, and the issuance of Sukuks.
The meeting was also attended by Mr. Khalid Hamad, Executive Director, Banking Supervision, Dr. Huda Al Maskati, Executive Director, Corporate Services; Sheikh Salman Al - Khalifa, Executive Director of Banking Operations Mr. A.Rahman Al Baker, Executive Director of Financial Institutions Supervision, and Shaikha Nayla Al-Khalifa, Head of External Communications.
