SquareOne & Ringdale introduces FollowMe Hybrid Embedded for Xerox printers and multifunction products at Gitex

Ringdale's FollowMe, an all-in-one solution composed of FollowMe Printing (pull printing), print roaming and accountability, enables organizations to control access to documents and effectively manage and report user activity.

Through its superior business intelligence engine which offers policy and rules-based printing functionality, FollowMe contributes to organizations' efforts to "save more and print less" by significantly reducing toner and paper use, controlling color output and enforcing other printing policies such as full duplex.

Using the Xerox MFP's integrated front panel, the FollowMe Hybrid Embedded for Xerox solution enables users to walk up to any networked device and securely release their print jobs utilizing a user-specific PIN number or Windows® username and password. An extensive range of identification devices can also be used for alternative or dual authentication, such as RFID based proximity cards, contact smart cards, magnetic swipe cards, barcodes and biometrics via fingerprint readers.

FollowMe Embedded technology allows Xerox customers to benefit from color device capabilities while controlling and saving costs through enterprise-wide policy enforcement.
