Global Technology Services clinches Ras Al Khaimah e-Government's Human Capital Management project

Global Technology Services (GTS), the information technology (IT) subsidiary of ENOC, has signed a contract with the Ras Al Khaimah e-Government to implement the Oracle Human Resource Suite, an application that integrates all HR policies, controls monthly payroll processes, maintains and tracks employee data, and provides them the ability to track their performance.

The Oracle Human Resource Suite will be implemented over six months, starting November 2009, across 11 departments: Civil Services, E-Government Authority, Finance, Commercial Developments, Emiri Court, Municipality, Lands, Courts, Custom and Ports, Centre of Research and Documentations, and Museums.

Ayman Arafeh, General Manager, GTS, said:

"Our contract marks our contribution to the e-Governance drive of Ras Al Khaimah and we are honoured to play a part in this initiative. The Oracle Human Resource Suite is designed to optimise the use of human assets by allowing the Government to consolidate all their data on one single system that will be central in e-Governance. It will assist the government in employee data management and make all operations easier."
