LG Electronics opens new SVC center

LG Electronics has recently announced the opening of a new customer service center for mobile communications and Notebook PCs, and it is marked by the innovative ideas and services for all LG customers in Amman in particular, and other cities of Jordan in general.

The opening ceremony took place on 21, Oct. 2009, in Gardens Street, in the presence of the Managing Director of LG Electronics Levant, Mr. Kevin Cha, and the President of LGE Global Customer Service Management Team, Mr. Sun-Kil Baik, in addition to some media representatives and important personalities.

This initiative of LG is but a strong indication of the importance of strengthening the relationships between the company and the customers whose trust and confidence enrich the fame of the brand.

Mr. Sun-Kil Baik, said

"this step is not something new for LG, we work according to a well planned and studied strategy, which is deep rooted in our leading position in the Jordanian markets and the Levant Area by launching a group of initiatives, promotional programs, and distinctive services"


"Therefore, LG is preparing nowadays to launch an integrated network of customer service centers in the countries of the area, namely Syria, Lebanon and Iraq".

From his part, Mr. Kevin Cha, said, "Our new services at LG center are characterized by quick implementation and infinite accuracy, in respect to the required maintenance or prompt delivery. We at LG, are glad to come up with this initiative that ensures the best for our customers wherever they are".

LG new SVC center will provide speed service, in respect to the necessary maintenance for defective sets and time of delivery (to and from customers).

LG Electronics is very keen on taking all necessary measures to ensure endless satisfaction on the part of the customers. Some of these steps include providing loan sets - free of charge, to enable the customers manage their daily affairs, and providing special transportation modes to receive and deliver the appliances.

Motor-cycles and a van for quick collection of defective sets and deliver them back within 24 hours for the customers inside Amman city, they have also concluded a contract with a carrier company to deliver sets outside Amman city, governorates of the north and the south, within 48 hours. LG also serves direct customers within 30 minutes of their visit to the center.
