DTCM showcase online e-services at Gitex-2009

The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) is participating in the Gitex-2009, the Middle East's largest information technology exhibition, being held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from October 18 to 22.

The DTCM delegation at the Gitex-2009 include Ms.Sumaya Karam, DTCM Director, One Stop Information Centre (OSIC), Ms. Fatma Yousuf Salem, Head of Research and Information, OSIC, and Ms. Hend Mohammed Majan, Officer, Statistics & Research, OSIC.
The exhibition brings together more than 3,000 manufacturers and suppliers of electronics and communications technology.
DTCM showcase all its online e-services that are provided through its hugely-popular website. DTCM e-Services include Online Travel Bookings, Interactive Map of Dubai, Dubai e-Complaints, and Online Photo Gallery.

Note:DTCM is the principal authority for the development of tourism in Dubai. Established in 1997, it is the sole licensing body for the hotel establishments and tourism-related businesses. Its supervisory role covers heritage sites, cruise terminal and convention bureau. DTCM has 18 overseas offices, including three in China and two in Saudi Arabia.
