Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd, a market leader and award-winning innovator in consumer electronics, is also continuing its investment in Egypt by expanding its unique Customer Service Plaza (CSP) concept to a new branch in the Somouha area of Alexandria with Union Group. The CSP service centers offer Samsung exclusive service through Samsung service providers to enhance the current service network.

Mr. Duke Park, General Manager, Samsung Cairo, said:
"Samsung cares for our consumers and we work diligently to ensure each and every customer gets the most out of our innovative and technologically-advanced products. It is with that mission in mind, that we introduced our CSP service centers in Egypt and why we continue to expand across the country. As a world leader in consumer electronics, we are constantly striving to bring our global expertise to the local markets in which we operate."

During the week-long campaign, Korean engineers and Samsung distributors will work together as part of the company's philosophy to promote the exchange of know-how, skill and knowledge of their respective markets and service environments.

"We believe that Samsung is well-known for providing the best after-sales service and we're pleased to offer this week of free service to our Egyptian customers a sign of our commitment to the market," said Salem Abdellatif, Service Manager, Samsung Cairo. "Showcasing Samsung's worldwide engineering skills and transferring that expertise to the Egyptian work force is an initiative that will not only benefit consumers but will boost the overall service industry in Egypt."

Samsung is planning to launch 3 new CSP branches with Ring in selected areas in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria within this month. The company has plans to open more CSPs and service centers soon for all products shared with Samsung service makers in Egypt to provide stellar service to even more consumers.
