Elia Nuqul Foundation, Business Development Center partner to provide training to foundation's scholars

Elia Nuqul Foundation (ENF) signed an agreement with the Business Development Center (BDC) to offer the Foundation's scholars employability and soft skills training sessions to develop their personal and professional skills.

The Foundation's students will undergo a 6-month training program throughout the Kingdom covering topics such as communication and leadership skills, work ethics, problem solving, decision-making, team-building, customer relations and time management.

Upon signing the agreement, Mr. Ghassan Nuqul, Vice Chairperson of Elia Nuqul Foundation Board of Trustees, said:
"ENF's mission entails the empowerment of youth who wish to become change agents in their communities; we aim at collaborating with the right partners to provide our students with life skills that complement their academic education and develop every aspect of their personalities."


Mr. Nayef Stetieh, President and CEO of the Business Development Center, also commented, "ENF is committed to offer its students the best of both worlds, combining the needed tools for personal development and the enhancement of their academics. Being a great supporter of the Foundation's vision, BDC was eager to put together a series of motivational training programs preparing students to enhance their employability skills."

Through this training course, ENF students will expand their personal and professional horizons, and elevate their opportunities in securing jobs, thus improving their standard of living.
