This is being pursued by bringing together top-tier medical professionals and raising awareness on latest treatment procedures and modalities along with regions foremost centres -the Alwasl and Dubai Hospital.

We are aware how 'Key-hole' (Laparoscopic) surgery has revolutionized gynaecology in the last couple of decades. New benchmarks are being set and old gold standards are being improved upon. Especially in a world that is advancing so rapidly, laparoscopy promises to make surgery a comfortable experience with minimum blood loss and pain, a shorter convalescence and early return to normal life vis-à-vis conventional surgery.

In such times, this conference imbibed the doctrine of Laparoscopy and how to make major surgeries safer through minimal invasive techniques.

This workshop addresses the growing demand by informed patients that puts a huge responsibility on medical professionals. All surgical procedures - especially evolving types; carry a risk of mal occurrence or preventable medical errors.

This is where the premium on 'enhanced physician training' like hands-on workshop with Pelvi-trainer emphasized the way ahead. Incidentally, key-hole removal of Uterus and Fibroids are now accepted procedures albeit with rigorous, focused and supervised training.
