The Ritz Carlton Hotels in the Middle East launches new "Meetings Within Reach" campaign

The five Ritz-Carlton hotels in the Middle East are reaching out to corporate executives, meeting planners, and conference attendees in an effort to encourage meetings from educational seminars, incentive trips, customer appreciation events to annual retreats. With a message that "It's Not Extravagant, If It Produces Results," the award-winning hotel company is highlighting the added value proposition of selecting a Ritz-Carlton hotel or resort - in Bahrain, Doha, Dubai, Sharq Village or Sharm El Sheikh - even during the current challenging economic environment.

"Meetings Within Reach" includes the following value-added components for groups booking 10 or more nights at these five Ritz-Carlton in the region:

•Daily continental breakfast
•Two complimentary suite upgrades
•Internet access in the meeting room (except Sharm El Sheikh)
•Meeting room rental
•Late check-out at 6 p.m.
•20% savings on in-house audio visual equipment
•15% savings on laundry and dry cleaning services
•10% savings on the total bill for the next meeting booked at a Ritz-Carlton hotel in the Middle East
•10% savings on all spa treatments
•Meetings must be booked by March 31, 2010 and held by December 31, 2010
