Judges reached their decision based on the merit that EMC Middle East deserved through helping companies of all sizes across the region cut costs and manage their information infrastructure more efficiently. The judges concluded that the number of key enhancements and the latest innovations that EMC added to its storage portfolio (ranging from Symmetrix to CLARiiON and Celerra products), the improvements it made to its back-up and archiving solutions, and the announcement of a breakthrough new storage architecture for the virtual data center, enables EMC to successfully reach out to customer by helping them overcome their data growth challenges.

The Network Middle East Awards is organized by Network Middle East Magazine, the region's publication in its field. The award program pays tribute to the projects, people, suppliers and service providers that have excelled in the regional networking sector over the past 12 months. The award acknowledges the number of key enhancements and additions that EMC has made to its storage portfolio over the past 12 months, such as addition of the flash drives to its storage range, and the launch of its unprecedented Virtual Data Center Storage.
