ExxonMobil Egypt participates in two major industrial exhibitions

ExxonMobil Egypt will be present at both exhibitions with informative booths showcasing a range of products that are relevant to the exhibitions' industries, including machine tool slideway lubricants, gear and bearing oils, and semi-synthetic cutting fluids.

Mactech 2009, also known as The 9th International Exhibition for Machine Tools, Industrial Tools, Welding & Cutting Equipment, presents the latest in machinery and industrial equipment, and is the Middle East's largest annual manufacturing event - with over 50,000 visitors expected.

Airtech 2009 is an exhibition along similar lines which brings attendees the future of compressed air technology. The 8th International Exhibition for Compressed Air Technology and Accessories is expected to receive at least 30,000 visitors this year.

During the exhibitions ExxonMobil will focus on the Mobil SHC 600 Series, a range of supreme performance gear and bearing oils, the Mobil Vactra Oil Numbered Series - premium machine tool slideway lubricants, and Mobilcut 222 - a high performance semi-synthetic cutting fluid.

The Mobil SHC 600 Series is designed to provide outstanding service in terms of equipment protection, oil life and problem-free operation enabling increased customer productivity. Scientifically engineered, these oils are formulated from base fluids with an inherently high viscosity index and a unique, proprietary, additive system which enables them to provide outstanding performance in extreme service applications at high and low temperatures, well beyond the capabilities of mineral oils.

Mobil Vactra Oil Numbered Series products are premium quality lubricants designed to meet the exacting conditions which occur in the lubrication of machine tool ways and slides. They are also suitable for machine tool hydraulic systems and are formulated from high quality base stocks and a unique additive system which provide superior frictional properties to eliminate stick slip and chatter under thin-film, boundary lubrication conditions. This allows smooth, uniform motion, even at low table speeds, and wear is minimized.

The Mobilcut 200 Series are high performance, multi-purpose water soluble, semi-synthetic cutting fluids. They are formulated to provide effective machining performance in a wide variety of operations and are designed for a range of light to moderate duty cutting operations. The Mobilcut 200 Series have gained a well-deserved reputation for outstanding performance over the years and provide multi-functional machining and lubrication capabilities. Mobilcut 222 is suitable for general purpose cutting and grinding.
