- United Arab Emirates: Wednesday, October 28 - 2009 at 12:25
- PRESS RELEASE
Grosvenor House Dubai reopened the doors to its recently refurbished 'a la minute' international restaurant Sloane's.
Whilst new soft furnishings make for an illuminated dining experience, Sloane's centrepiece; its signature open show kitchen has also received a makeover.
New work surfaces and state-of-the-art kitchen equipment serve to ensure that the restaurant's skilled chef's continue to rustle up the same carefully concocted mouth-watering line up of international dishes from across the globe.
As a result of popular demand Sloane's delectable all day menu, that continues to attract hotel guests and Dubai residents alike, will remain the same.
Commenting on the refurbishment, Pam Wilby, general manager of Grosvenor House Dubai and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort + Spa said: "With the restaurant's refurbishment now complete, guests can continue to experience the very best in 'a-la-minute' cuisine. The recent works have all enhanced rather than modified the existing restaurant setting. We have specifically chosen textures and fabrics that retain the current look and feel of Sloane's, yet enhance the ambiance of the restaurant."
