Damas adds glitz to Dubai Fashion Week 2009 as official jewellery partner

Damas, the world renowned jewellery retailer, is the official jewellery partner for Dubai Fashion Week, where the spring/summer 2010 collections are being showcased. A pioneering trade event for the regional fashion industry, Dubai Fashion Week (DFW) is being held from October 24-29, 2009 at the Al Baraha Ballroom, InterContinental Dubai.
Dubai Fashion Week (DFW) is an invitation-only fashion event aimed at providing major names in the fashion industry a single platform to exhibit their creativity. Local and regional designers and fashion houses have a chance to select the best pieces from Damas' contemporary and fine gold and diamond jewellery to enhance the look of the outfits paraded by models on the runway.

Overseen by an advisory board, Dubai Fashion Week enables local and regional fashion houses to present their collection to global and regional buyers, fashion professionals, the media and the general public. Designers from the
GCC area and South Asia are showcasing more than 30 collections at this edition of Dubai Fashion Week.
