DIP worked closely with Arkiteknik International to create a simple and elegant façade. Single Business Tower is also equipped with advance surveillance and fire protection systems to ensure the security and safety of tenants at all times.
In addition to the premium office and retail space, Single Business Tower will also include reception and concierge services, a fully furnished conference room, offered complimentary to Tenants, business lounge, prayer rooms, GYM and a gymnastic room. Every floor will feature service outlets and pantries. Plenty of car parking space is available to tenants as well as to visitors at its multi-level car park building; business services and 24/7 security and facilities management services.
