The intention of holding such forum is to promote the tourism investment in the GCC and to review key tourism investment opportunities available under the current financial conditions and to exchange experience and expert opinion in optimum development of tourism and real estate investment in the region.
The forum will be accompanied with workshops which will review the new trends and developments of tourism and real estate investment and will exchange expert's opinions on agenda topics. In addition, an exhibition will also be arranged beside the forum activities which will be exhibited by numerous tourism and real estate companies.

This forum is expected to attract very important regional personalities including Ministers, senior gulf officials, representatives from Arab & gulf chambers, bankers, financial experts, investors from public and private sectors, international and regional tourism experts and representatives from regional and international airlines. In addition, this forum will also attract various speakers and decision-makers from tourism and real estate investment sector who will discuss the unique investment opportunities available in the Sultanate of Oman and in the Gulf region and will highlight issues related to the development of Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC) Projects.
