Volvo Truck Corporation in Oman presented with excellence award

The Zubair Automotive Group has been honored with this award in Oman since its appointment as the Volvo Trucks distributor in year 2003. The Excellence Award is a global initiative from VTC to measure and reward the best performing Volvo Truck dealers worldwide through an evaluation of their sales, after sales achievements supported by a customer satisfaction survey on each region as per their Volvo global standards.

The award was presented to IHE in a simple ceremony held in Muscat by Tomas Thuresson, Market Manager-Gulf in the presence of Mr. Jan Henrikson, Vice President/ Head of VTC's Dubai Regional Office and other VTC ,IHE officials.

Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Thuresson lauded the efforts of IHE team in improving customer satisfaction for Volvo Truck customers in Oman. He also highlighted the initiatives of the Zubair Automotive Group to build a new 3S facility at Sohar Industrial Estate for the Trucks & Equipment Operation, in spite of the current economic slowdown.

Commenting on the award, Mr. A. V Rammohan, General Manger of IHE at Zubair Automotive, said:
