The agreement comes as Nobles prepares to launch a new set of activities and real estate developments after a relatively quiet period for the market. Nobles, which was launched in the summer of 2008, has been carefully studying the market, laying plans and preparing strategies for its future operations, a particularly important consideration given that its main line of work is developing quality real estate projects in the UAE and several Arabic countries.
Speaking of the reasons for the agreement, Mr Habib said,
"Since its launch, Nobles has adopted the 'Art of Life' motto as its core strategy, basing its business structure on collaborative work of its team, its clients and its strategic partners. Our agreement with Sahara builds on this, as monitoring and analyzing reports and press releases could prove useful in laying down solid and effective plans and strategies and keeping us informed of the current state of the market, as well as keeping our clients and investors informed about our latest activities and updates"
Mr Al Deeb commented on the importance of media consultancy services in the current climate, saying, "In the tremendous mix of releases and reports every day, and with the mingling of truthful and false reports, comes the transparent role of public relations in uncovering the truth and providing companies with all the market information and updates they need. Today, public relations companies are important partners whose task is to provide their clients with valuable information that paints a correct picture of businesses and the market".
Sahara Communications is the world's largest PR agency within the property sector, with a portfolio of mega property projects with total market value of about $100bn. The UAE-based firm plans to enhance its presence in the GCC market and expand its professional media, advertising and marketing services to reach a broader base of government and private sector organizations in the region.
