Emarat receive 3 certificates of appreciation as part of 'Best Petrol Station Award' in Ras Al Khaima

The Ras Al Khaimah Department of Economic Development honored 3 Emarat service stations with Certificates of Appreciation as part of 'Best Petrol Station 2009 Award'. The Emarat service stations were recognized for its commitment to the highest standards of quality, safety and environmental protection in all its activities.
The honoring ceremony, which was held at Hilton Al Khaimah Hotel, was attended by Sheikh Mohamed Al Qassimi, Deputy Chairman of the Economic Development Department, Dr. Hassan Hamdan Al Alkim, General Manager of the Department, Mr. Abdulla Hassan Al Noman, Manager, Retail Sales Operations on behalf of the corporation, together with representatives from Emarat, the Department, suppliers and representatives of the media.
In a speech at the ceremony, Sheikh Mohamed Al Qassimi said that the prizes awarded by the Department, demonstrate the commitment of the Department to highlight the best practices in different business activities. He added that the new development initiative aims at realizing the mission and vision of the Department, which target holistic distinctiveness through the encouragement of various sectors to adopt the highest quality standards that meet the Department's criteria.
On the other hand, Mr. Abdulla Hassan Al Noman said that Emarat has always made it a priority to adopt the highest standards in its activities, including its products and services along with other processes. He indicated that winning this award proves the success of the Corporation in achieving these goals.
He expressed his gratitude for the Department's efforts towards organizing this competition, which encourages businesses operating in the emirate to excel in providing their best products and services. He emphasized on the transparency adopted by the Department in selecting the winners.
He also thanked all service stations' staff for their hard work, dedication and work ethics.
