The Edge is directed by newly appointed General Manager, Mr. Philippe Robert, with internationally acclaimed Executive Chef, Mr. Juraj Kalna heading up the venue's hugely celebrated restaurant, which is the only dining establishment in the region to offer a unique 'No Menu' policy.
Mr. Philippe Robert, said; "This is a new beginning for The Edge and we are very much looking forward to seeing what the new future will hold. With our new terrace opened we will be extending our openings to weekend's in the near future so that our guests can reap the full rewards of the stunning surroundings and fine weather."
Kalna, recently qualified to become the official representative for Africa and the Middle East at the Continental Semi-Finals of the WACS (World Association of Chefs Society) Global Chefs Challenge which will take place in Santiago de Chile, January 2010.
