ALFalak's self-service portal integrates Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solution

Based on IBM's WebSphere portal, the JD Edwards system provides a highly secure, interactive and single point of information access to suppliers, business partners and customers. ALFalak's online users will now be able to more efficiently monitor and manage Sales Order Status, Shipment Status, Shipment Delivery and other critical information. The system is expected to boost sales by providing a secure, highly available and convenient platform for placing orders.
