The Ranches area was the most active in terms of the day's sales, with some 4 transactions. Dubai Industrial City First followed it with 3 sales.

During the period, Dubai Industrial City First recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs23.64m, followed by the Ranches area, Dhs12.32m, and Al Hamriya area, Dhs4.5m.
