Over 300 companies to participate in Dubai International Jewellery Week

Her Excellency Sheikha Lubna Khalid Sultan al Qasimi, UAE Minister of Foreign Trade, opened the Dubai International Jewellery Week yesterday (Wednesday 4th November 2009) at the Dubai World Trade Centre this afternoon.

The show runs from 4pm to 10pm from 4 - 6 November and from 4pm to 11pm on Saturday 7 November 2009. There are more than 300 companies exhibiting from 27 countries.

Event highlights this year include the regional launch of the 'OC Collection' by Orianne Collins and the unveiling the latest creative designs from Evangelo Diamonds for the first time in the UAE.

There is a daily Asian Bridal Jewellery Fashion Show and a Jewellery Making Workshop with award winning designer, Mandi Kingsbury.

Dubai International Jewellery Week, which is supported by Dubai Diamond Exchange, Dubai Gold & Jewellery Group and the World Gold Council, is free to enter.
