The main presentation shown by the manufacturer will be an aluminum vehicle frame, known as the Audi Space Frame, a sculptural interpretation of the raw artistic element in manufacturing as opposed to automotive design itself and a symbol for Audi's superiority in lightweight aluminum design. The exhibit will be set in a surrounding reflecting the brand's design philosophy. By engaging with designers at Abu Dhabi Art, Audi will be able not only to inspire others, but also observe and learn from tomorrow's trends.

"As a design brand, it is on one hand essential that Audi attends an exhibition of such importance with its own presentation. On the other hand it gives us the opportunity to be part of Middle Eastern culture and relate more closely with our customers and fans"

says Jeff Mannering, Managing Director of Audi Middle East.

Taking place in the capital city of the United Arab Emirates from November 19 to 22, 2009, Abu Dhabi Art is a new, boutique-style art fair, bringing together an exclusive selection of leading art dealers and innovative new galleries from the four corners of the world and surrounding them with an exceptionally rich schedule of special exhibitions, public programmes and cultural events. As an integral part of the Emirate's long-term agenda for transforming the capital, an ancient and modern crossroads of culture and trade, into a global city of the 21st century, Abu Dhabi Art will welcome collectors, artists, designers, art dealers, curators, critics and art lovers from around the world. Abu Dhabi Art is organized by Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) and Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture & Heritage (ADACH).
