The workshop was presented by Mr. Robin Sharma, one of the leading world experts in leadership skills and personal success.

Mr. Hazem Yousef, General Manager of the Egyptian Arab Land Bank, stated:
"Our participation in this leadership workshop falls in line with the Bank's commitment to continually develop and invest in the talent of our human resources, as we believe they our greatest asset and aspiration for success. We also believe that it is important to encourage all our staff members to reveal their leadership capabilities no matter what position they are in, as this will ultimately enhance their productivity and positively impact their performance."

During the workshop, Robin Sharma focused on fact that the personality of each individual is what leads to great leaders in an organization-- if the individual focuses on their priorities, that will enhance their chances of achieving success. Sharma went on to explain that his workshops focus on helping individuals completely depend on themselves, by leading them in the right direction to make the right decisions, and ultimately helping them demonstrate leadership and stand out in their organization.
