KFH offers real estate services at Kuwait International Exhibition

It is to be noted that 45 financial and real estate companies will participate in the event. KFH's participation comes as part of its interest in this field that started to be financed three decades ago, which led to allowing more than 30,000 Kuwaiti families to live in houses.

The Local Real Estate Department Manager Salah Al-Khamees explained that KFH succeeded in its real estate experience as a result of providing citizens with several services and products. This comes as support to the efforts exerted by the government to provide appropriate housing. He added that the services offered by his department include evaluating suitable market rates for selling and buying houses, in addition to offering recommendations and data fast and accurately. The department also provides feasibility studies for the market rates of real estate as an unbiased authority.

Moreover, Al-Khamees mentioned that KFH won Best Residential Financing Bank award in June by Banker Middle East, as a result of its significant role in that field. This award comes as part of KFH's strategy to take part in major real estate projects that add value to the society.

This strategy focuses on the GCC societies through participating in major and strategic real estate projects. KFH had also won earlier three awards that are related to real estate from Euromoney, which are Best Real Estate Financial Establishment in the Middle East, Best Real Estate Financial Establishment in Kuwait, and Best Financial Establishment to offer Real Estate evaluation in Kuwait. Such awards underscore its leadership and great ability to serve its clients and meet their needs.
