City Real Estate Development's first project is Park View, a housing development spread over 23 feddans located in New Cairo City in an area already well developed and with a number of other housing compounds, facilities and amenities already built in the surrounding area. Easily accessible, the project has over 288 units split between apartments and duplexes, ranging in size from 130 to 268 meters square, with parking provided for over 320 vehicles.
Designed by Shehab Mazhar, Park view's master plan is designed around ample communal gardens and provides people living in the buildings with unobstructed views of greenery and gardens. The apartments and duplexes themselves have a unique design featuring a courtyard, giving more space between apartments and greater privacy for the residents of the development.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2013 and will be constructed by UCC, an existing JV company between PHD and Hassan Allam & Sons.
