Daniel During, Managing Partner at Thomas Klein International, said:
"For the new outlet, we have taken our inspiration from the existing restaurant and its current use of natural materials, but added a fresher look and feel. The interior will feature raw elements such as cement, stone and wood to complement the simple menu on offer."
Prime and Toast is well known for its variety of fresh sandwiches and salads, incorporating only the best prime USDA beef in their dishes. The kitchen will take central stage in the eatery, which is less than 100 sq metres in size, and all the tables will have direct views into the production area.
"Integrating of the kitchen into the design creates a strong visual effect, and permits diverting additional investment into other areas. Furthermore, using natural elements within the design, adds a fresher, modern look and feel, and makes the entire design and fit out extremely cost efficient," added During.
"We are delighted to work with the Thomas Klein Group on this project. Our past experience in other projects with Thomas Klein International has been excellent and we look forward to a continued business relationship," said Ahmed Al Bader, Director of Culinary Development for the Epicure Group.
