"With these honours being the only travel awards entirely nominated and voted for by UK travel retailers, we view them as huge recognition for the immense efforts the entire Abu Dhabi tourism industry has exerted to building destination awareness over the past year,"

said Ahmed Hussein, Deputy Director General, ADTA who received the award at London's World Travel Market.

ADTA emerged the top choice after the magazine's travel retailer readers were asked to nominate the organisations and products they most enjoyed working with and would first recommend to their clients.

This is the second major industry honour ADTA has clinched in London this week after taking the 'Best Tourism Board' accolade at the prestigious annual World Travel Awards.
