Under the supervision of DTCM Director General, Mr. Khalid A bin Sulayem, various Excellence Teams held their periodic meetings to review and follow-up on programmes designed to achieve Excellence.
The meetings, held at the DTCM Head Office, looked into all Excellence-related issues and reviewed the methodologies and schedules to achieve the desired goals in line with the vision and mission of the Dubai government in general and DTCM in particular.
The teams reviewed issues related to best practices, benchmarking, quality, communication, leadership and strategy development in order to achieve excellence in every aspect of business that DTCM deals with.
