Motorola sponsors IPTV World Forum 2009

Motorola, Inc's Home & Networks Mobility (H&NM) business will be a platinum sponsor of the IPTV World Forum, highlighting Motorola's commitment and dedication to the fast emerging IPTV market.

Motorola recently announced that the company has supplied UAE telecommunications provider, du, with state-of-the-art VIP series IPTV set-top boxes.

As a world leader in advanced IP video solutions, Motorola's extensive portfolio includes video content processing, video on demand, fiber-to-the-home (FTTh) access, and IPTV set-tops. Motorola's FTTh ultra broadband solutions enable the region's service providers to accelerate the delivery of personal media experiences to residential and commercial customers.

Motorola's IPTV set-tops facilitate the delivery of exciting new revenue-generating TV and entertainment experiences, including high-definition (HD) programming, while enabling telecommunications service providers to exercise greater control over capital and operating expenditures.
