Voting for the 2009 winners began at the beginning of September and is now closed. Nominees in each of the coveted categories must now wait until the 17th November, where the winners will be announced for the first time at the Awards, held at the Park Hyatt, Dubai.
The evening will take the format of a red carpet, Oscar's style gala and promises to be the most inspirational event of the year.
