VSH International opens new office based on unique concept in Dubai

The new office is located just behind the Mall of the Emirates in Al Barsha and is designed to provide a fresh modern working environment.

VSH International was established a year ago in Dubai by three chartered quantity surveyors who were willing to bring in their expertise in providing quality cost and project management consultancy services in emerging markets.

Although it is a very young company, it has already become a trusted and recognised firm of Cost Consultants in the Emirates that is regularly invited to tender on many prestigious projects.

A dramatic increase in demand for the company's services led to an opening of their second office, following the opening of Abu Dhabi office earlier this year. Despite the downturn of the construction and real estate market in the Middle East, in less than a year from its establishment, VSH International has demonstrated a rare achievement of tripling the staff number and setting up operations in Abu Dhabi, Bahrain and KSA with a view to rolling out operations other newly emerging markets such as Libya. The new Dubai HQ Office will allow VSH expand their team to adjust with the growing demand from the current and prospective clients and also extend the presence of the company on the Middle East market.

This new office was designed and initiated completely in-house. The office sets an example of well implemented contemporary office management philosophy. Big windows with ample natural light, TV screens that broadcast news and sports, bright walls, painted in corporate colours has rejuvenated and uplifted the spirits of the VSH Team. It is a major investment that shows company's commitment to their clients and their people moving forward.
